Our challenge is in memory of Heidi, who recently lost her battle to anorexia and depression in 2017, she is much loved and is greatly missed by her family and friends. Sadly, we can't bring Heidi back, but what we can do is help Central Notts Mind support others who are struggling as she did, and hopefully help prevent any other family from losing a loved one. So, please help us to help Central Notts Mind, by taking part in our virtual challenge. Sign up today and start working on completing your chosen challenge distance, whether you choose 30 miles or 200 miles its doesn't matter the aim is to get active and promote mental health and wellbeing.
For mental health support and services visit Central Notts Mind online.
